We offer a unique service in that we can either simply supply

a timber frame house kit or build the complete house using

our own directly employed personnel.

Stuart Sutherland, with over 25 years experience

in the timber frame industry, is now the sole owner

of Caledonia Homes and along with his experienced

and friendly staff can help to guide you through all aspects

of building your new home -

from obtaining a site, applying for planning

and building warrant consent, to carrying out the construction.

All architectural work, from providing sketches to working drawings,

is carried out at our offices and is a service provided free of charge.

We can provide you with a complete package,

down to finalising the interior decor and lighting

and every house built complete by Caledonia Homes

is covered by an NHBC 10 year guarantee.
