Garages

All garages shown as 'standard' have blockwork supporting walls (except the Sutherland Style) but can

be in timber frame at an extra cost in the kit price. For the avoidance of doubt, the kit only prices do not

allow for blockwork walls for the garage, these would be built by the builder.

Delivery

Delivery charges will be shown on our detailed written quotation.

Alternatively, you may wish to arrange collection of the kit yourself.

Drawings

Complete Build :

Preperation & submission of all detailed plans to the local authority,

including full engineers design certificate.

Kit Only :

Structural engineers design certificate for building warrant purposes and copies of

standard house plans for your agent to submit for planning & building warrant.

We can at an extra cost prepare plans and lodge them for you

and take care of all negotiations with the local authority. Please feel free to ask for a quote.

Hip roofs

All houses shown with hip roofs have same included in their respective costs.

 Substituting the hip roofs for standard gable ends will result in cost saving on most types.

Countryside features

The clip-on astrigal overlays, mock sash and case windows, gable features,

 cement margins around windows, special ridge tiles and artificial slates shown

 are not included in the prices but are available at an extra cost.
