standard house plans for your agent to submit for planning & building warrant. |

We can at an extra cost prepare plans and lodge them for you |

and take care of all negotiations with the local authority. Please feel free to ask for a quote. |

Hip roofs |
All houses shown with hip roofs have same included in their respective costs. |

Substituting the hip roofs for standard gable ends will result in cost saving on most types. |
