Note |
As per part 6 of the Building Standards Domestic Handbook 2009 a SAP rating requires to be carried out for any new home and is required for the building warrant application. The result of this calculation will determine the final insulation types and levels required. This calculation may change the insulation type and may subsequently increase the cost. |
